Wow, it’s been a while since I have written anything. As my last post noted, I have been busy training for my next rank in Karate and also have been busy with helping our dojo host it’s first annual summer camp. But, now that those things are over for the most part, it’s time to write an article.
This article, or post, is going to be short because it’s really a post regarding something that is coming up. In a little while I am off to the island where people live the longest, Okinawa Japan. One of my goals while on this trip is to get some insight as to why they are the longest living people. From my own research I believe it has to do with diet, attitude and generally their way of life. I have been to Okinawa previously but this will be the first time visiting while being a personal trainer and looking through those glasses.
